Pissing dog with starburst & Draken v2.0

Today was my day to enjoy a PT with Niki and the initially 'unusual' but very effective exercises. Hunched on the floor, drenched in sweat, sucking in air it really felt great...and we were only half way through the program! "Posture like an English gentleman", "concentrate on sharp elbows", "don't let your knee turn in", all things to remember whilst battling the balance and fighting the resistance, this is also a mental challenge as well as a physical one. I loved Niki's enthusiasm and the term 'leakage' when describing where you feel the discomfort...as in 'ah, don't worry about that, it's just leakage, this exercise will sort that out!'.
If you've never taken the time to have a PT (I never had previously), I'd urge you to try it out. When you train and never really feel like you're improving it can be somewhat depressing, but it's how and what you train that really counts...my lesson has now been learnt.
Now for a full day of rest before a half marathon on Saturday in Göteborg and follow some great advice...eat well with plenty of fruit and vegetables, drink plenty of water, get plenty of vitamins inside and most of all make sure you get plenty of rest.

Jon and his 'Russian Lumberjack' (Rysk twist)

David and the 'Ryggliggande sidobollrull med pinne över bröstet' (let's call this the BBQ skewer!)
