When 1+1 = 3

Today I set out to achieve two goals:

  1. Run a distance longer than the 15 km we will do in Åre. (This is mostly a mental goal. Wanted to have a distance under my belt that makes Åre seem not so long.)
  2. Run home from work before Midsummer. (This is a "leftover" from 2012, which I never got around to last year.)
And in doing these, I got a bonus: breaking the 20km barrier for the first time. 


The legs are a bit tight but I picked up my bike at the train station and biked home...it actually felt good to get my feet off of the ground and onto the pedals, so I'll count that as a good sign.
