When 1+1 = 3

Today I set out to achieve two goals:

  1. Run a distance longer than the 15 km we will do in Åre. (This is mostly a mental goal. Wanted to have a distance under my belt that makes Åre seem not so long.)
  2. Run home from work before Midsummer. (This is a "leftover" from 2012, which I never got around to last year.)
And in doing these, I got a bonus: breaking the 20km barrier for the first time. 

The legs are a bit tight but I picked up my bike at the train station and biked actually felt good to get my feet off of the ground and onto the pedals, so I'll count that as a good sign.
