Lunsen training

Having trained apart since HÅEC on our separate running plans, Jon and I came together for a joint trail running session across Lunsen on Sunday prior to traveling up to Sälen this coming weekend. Trying to simulate the terrain we'll encounter is tough (kms of wooden bridges & bogs) but taking the trails across Lunsen is equally tough on the feet and leg muscles and certainly gives all those connecting muscles a great workout as you constantly work to plant feet safely and remain on balance. Looking forward to the weekend and hopefully being stronger and faster in our separate stretches. Couple more light sessions to handle this week before that though.....train hard!
