Preventing fog on glasses during training

As the cold and damp days of fall settle in on Sweden, I've been looking for a solution to prevent my glasses from fogging up during training. I've read a few (strange) suggestions online like coating my lenses with dish soap, but none of these have really been effective. Then before RAID, I went to my local optician (Knivsta Optique) and they recommended FogFree Anti-fogging cloths from Rodenstock. I figured I'd give them a try. They were a bit expensive at 150 SEK for 3 cloths, but each cloth can be reused 20X, so you theoretically get 60 uses out of a box. I have to say that so far I am quite happy. By the final (READ: 8th) hour of RAID, I was getting a bit of fog around the edges of the lenses, but basically the entire day was clear, despite the cold temperatures.

Thought I'd pass along this tip in case others are struggling with the same issue.
