Cirkelpuls - 22nd December (Jon & David)

Kasper - Cirkelpuls

Day 22 of #tfmadvent and both David and I were up early (along with 10 other bright eyed early birds) to attend Kasper's Cirkelpuls class. This was a combination of a classic circle class combined with a Tabata tempo: 4 stations comprising 4 exercises each with each station dedicated to a muscle group: core, back/shoulders, legs and arms. 3 times around each station with 20 seconds at each exercise kept the pulse up and made this a highly effective 40 minutes. 

Kasper kept us on time and motivated by announcing the start/stop and even 10 second mark during each active period. The time flew by and suddenly we were done! Wow! Just like Hanna's X-press pass on Sunday, this was a great way to get a full-body workout in a short period of time. We were trained and ready to start the day by 07.15 AM.
